ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT STORAGE SOFTWARE

• Scanics has developed a new software application, Silo, that allows authorized users to store, access, and send their private/legal and personal documents online through the use of their smart phone or PC.

CD/DVD PRINTING AND DUPLICATION

• We can duplicate with your choice of CD/DVD case holder or jewel case. 
  

• We can also print a paper insert of your choice within the jewel case. 
  

• If you do not have your artwork created for your discs, Scanics also has an in house marketing department that will work with you to design your cover at reasonable prices.
  

OFFICE DOCUMENT SCANNING TO ELECTRONIC FORMAT

• Our Scanics staff can scan and electronically convert your office documents saving your company time and money. 
  

• Scanning and storing your documents electronically can also prevent loss of your data due to wind, fire, and water damage.  
  

• Scanics is HIPPA compliant, and we adhere to our signed confidentiality agreements to keep your documents safe and protected.
  

ELECTRONIC FILE NAMING, FILE CONVERSION, INDEXING and OCR

• Scanics can “prep” your documents (staple and paperclip removal), scan your documents, and electronically name each of your files. Each file can be saved in your choice of electronic file format (i.e. PDF or TIFF file format).
  

• Scanics can index your files just like you organize them in your filing cabinets, and create search criteria to quickly find selected documents in your files
  

• Or we can OCR your documents to create searchability within your documents. (Ask our staff what OCR can do for your company)
  

SCANNING OF OVERSIZED DRAWINGS/PAINTINGS

• For the architects, artists, painters, and students, we can scan drawings, paintings, blueprints etc. up to 42 inches wide and burn them to a CD or DVD for you to take with you.
